  • During the treatment, the focus is on relieving the pain and then restoring the shoulder movement. The doctor may recommend your medications like aspirin, naproxen, or ibuprofen.
  • For 10 to 15 minutes apply an ice pack on the shoulder several times a day.
  • Additionally, the physical therapist will teach the ways to do the exercise so that you don’t do it in the wrong way. Make sure if something is not clear then ask your doctor as they will let you know about everything in detail.

You can do pendulum stretch, towel stretch, finger walk, cross-body reach, armpit stretch, outward rotation, and inward rotation.
